With 16 years of experience as a Wedding Planner, Aleecha brings creativity, organization, and a calm, hands-on approach to every celebration. She thrives on dreaming up beautiful details, solving problems before anyone even notices them, and making sure couples can fully relax and enjoy their day—because they know everything is completely handled. Her favorite part? Seeing clients soak in the moment while their vision comes to life effortlessly.
Behind the scenes, Ryan is the heart of keeping Clear Ridge running beautifully. He oversees the venue grounds, buildings and outdoor spaces to ensure everything is safe, clean and picture-perfect for every event. From maintaining and improving the property year-round to being on-site during events for real-time support, Ryan makes sure every space is ready, every detail runs smoothly and guests are comfortable from start to finish.

Aleecha's journey into the world of wedding planning is a testament to her unique blend of creativity and business expertise. With a background in Fashion Design and a degree in Business, she possesses the perfect combination of skills to create stunning, well-organized events. Her eye for design and her understanding of the intricacies of running a business have been pivotal in her success.
From Family Gatherings to Professional Success
In 2010, Aleecha discovered her passion for wedding planning while organizing weddings for family and friends. Her natural talent and enthusiasm did not go unnoticed and later that year, she took the leap into the professional realm by founding Memorable Events by Aleecha. With the support of Ryan and her family, her business quickly gained momentum.
The Birth of Clear Ridge
In 2015, after several successful years of planning weddings and events at a variety of locations, they recognized a growing need: a local venue that could host both wedding ceremonies and receptions in one convenient location. The search for the perfect property began in earnest, as they envisioned a place that could offer both charm and functionality.
The Perfect Opportunity
Around the same time, a small elementary school in Clearville, PA, had been sitting empty for a year and was listed for sale. Intrigued by its potential, they decided to explore the opportunity. After just one tour, they saw the potential the property held. Its expansive views and serene surroundings made it an ideal candidate for transformation.
Transforming Dreams into Reality
The property now known as Clear Ridge, was reimagined into a place where couples could celebrate their love amidst breathtaking backdrops. The transformation included renovating the existing buildings and tailoring the spaces to accommodate both intimate ceremonies and grand receptions.

Clear Ridge became an embodiment of passion and creativity, offering a versatile setting that could be customized to reflect each couple's unique style. The venue quickly gained popularity, drawing couples from near and far who were eager to exchange vows in such a picturesque location. Aleecha’s keen eye for design and meticulous attention to detail ensured that every event at Clear Ridge was nothing short of magical.
